Edible Oils

We entered the edible oil business in 2018, applying the rule that had governed besan and spices for decades: control the process end to end, or do not put the family name on it. Oil is filtered, filled and sealed in our own unit at Batala, Punjab, rather than bought in finished and relabelled.

More about Edible Oils

Mustard oil

Pungent, cold-conditioned mustard oil with the sharp aroma and deep colour buyers in North India expect. Mustard oil is unusual among edible oils in that its pungency is the point rather than a defect, and it holds its character in cooking where milder oils flatten out.

Supplied in 500ml, 1L, 2L and 5L bottles, and 15L tins. Distributor cartons run 500ml*24pcs (12L), 1L*12pcs (12L), 2L*6pcs (12L) and 5L*3pcs (15L).

Why in-house filling matters

Edible oil is the category where adulteration is most common and hardest for a buyer to spot by eye. Filling and sealing under our own roof means the oil in the bottle is the oil we filtered, and the seal has not been opened between our unit and the retailer shelf. For a distributor, that is the difference between a line that builds trust and one that generates returns.

Ordering

We do not publish oil rates. Edible oil pricing moves constantly with commodity markets, so a quoted rate is valid only for a short window. Tell us your volumes and packing and we will send current pricing.
