Several grains milled together in our own unit rather than blended after milling, so the flour is consistent through the bag instead of separating out. The result carries more character and fibre than plain wheat atta while still working as an everyday roti flour.
How it is used
Everyday rotis and parathas for households wanting more than plain wheat, and increasingly stocked by retailers serving health-conscious buyers. Bought in master bags by caterers and canteens.
